Aerosucre leased its first 737-400SF from Xtreme Holdings in 2023. The airline has an option to purchase the 1992-vintage aircraft (25853, ex-Titan Airways) and told Cargo Facts it expects to add one more of the type to its fleet before it begins to evaluate 737-800 freighters.

Xtreme Aviation is in the final phase of the approval process with the FAA for its startup carrier 7Air Cargo. The group began leasing 737 Classic freighters in 2022 through its subsidiary Aventus Air Leasing and acquired K&J Aviation, a Miami-based engine maintenance provider, in July 2023.

Global Crossing became the first operator of the A321 freighter in the U.S. when it took delivery of the 2000-vintage A321-200P2F (1199, ex-Ural Airlines) in January 2023.  The airline has a fleet of two A321-200P2Fs and -200PCFs and is expected to take delivery of one more A321-200PCF by yearend.

Montenegro joined Aerosucre in 2018 as the procurement manager. He had served as the chief executive of the Aviacom S.A.S. engineering firm for more than eleven years.

In addition to serving as chief executive of Xtreme, Cock is also the vice president of commercial operations and partner of 7Air Cargo and has more than twenty-six years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Brown was appointed vice president of cargo sales for Global Crossing in February. He has served in various leadership roles with multiple operators, including senior director of charter and postal affairs with Amerijet, global account manager for Delta and global account director for Air France KLM-Martinair Cargo.

Cargo Facts LATAM will provide attendees a forum to engage with key decision-makers in the air cargo market in the Latin American region.
