George Chisholm, CEO of Chisholm Enterprises and Executive Director of Texel Air, has joined the Cargo Facts EMEA 2022 speaker faculty for the live panel, “Narrowbody freighters: A widening field of operators and types,” at 9:05 a.m. (GMT +4) on Wednesday, May 11.
Cargo Facts EMEA will take place live May 9-11 in Dubai for the first time. The event will bring together industry experts, offering access to emerging airfreight technology and providing solutions to challenges affecting today’s air cargo market.
Texel recently became the first 737-800F operator in the Middle East and has another 737-800BCF conversion expected later this year. Chisholm also led Texel to become the launch operator for PEMCO’s 737-700 FlexCombi.
Chisholm brings well over a decade of experience in aviation, cargo and logistics. He was promoted to CEO of Chisholm Enterprises and executive director of the company’s subsidiary, Texel, in 2014 after running ground operations since 2010. He spent his formative years in Bahrain and worked for DHL in the early part of his career.
From concept to delivery, Chisholm has been heavily involved with these projects, including modifications, sourcing of aircraft and purchase of donor aircraft.
