SF Airlines continues to invest in fleet expansion with the acquisition of two ex-China Cargo Airlines 747-400Fs (35207 and 35208) this month. Both units were ferried to the carrier’s base in Ezhou (EHU) and will replace the 2002-vintage unit 32803 returned off-lease while providing additional large widebody freighter capacity to its fleet.

The China-based carrier grew its fleet total to eighty-six last year after placing two 757-200PCFs and six 767-300BCFs into service.

Zhang was promoted to commercial director in June 2022. During the previous eleven years he served in other roles with SF Airlines, including director of aircraft trading and business development project manager.

Cargo Facts Asia will assemble industry leaders and executives to share their insights on the air cargo sector in the Asia-Pacific region while providing attendees a forum to engage with key decision-makers.
