Teleport’s Antony joins Cargo Facts Asia 2024
Francis Antony, group head of cargo at Teleport, will join Cargo Facts Asia 2024 for a presentation on “Obstacles and opportunities in Southeast Asia’s emerging markets for air logistics” on Wednesday, April 17, at 10:00 (UTC +8).
The 12th annual Cargo Facts Asia takes place April 15-17 at the Conrad Centennial Singapore, where industry leaders will gather to share their outlook on the air cargo sector in the Asia-Pacific region.

Teleport, the logistics division of AirAsia parent Capital A, lift capacity in the narrowbody freighter segment when it took delivery of its third A321-200P2F in December 2023.
The group plans to build a fleet of up to ten A321Fs over the next two years to support the growing e-commerce segment in the region.
“We’re quite lucky because we have six AOCs and we operate four hubs,” Antony said at Cargo Facts Asia 2023, two months before the first unit arrived in Kuala Lumpur (KUL). “So we’re quite flexible to place the A321 freighters in any of these hubs.”
Antony, who was appointed group head of cargo at Teleport in 2022, previously served as commercial director of Raya Airways and senior business development manager for Cathay Pacific Airways. Prior to that he was with Singapore Airlines.
Cargo Facts Asia will assemble industry leaders and executives to share their insight on the air cargo sector in the Asia-Pacific region while providing attendees with a forum to engage with key decision-makers.
