Breaking news from the CARGO FACTS 2010 Symposium in Miami

Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM, the leasing arm of US-based Air Transport Services Group) awarded Precision Conversions a contract for the design, engineering and certification of a 757-200 passenger-to-combi conversion. The Precision combi, designated the 757-200PCC, will offer 10 full cargo pallet positions and seating for up to 58 passengers.

CAM currently owns four DC-8 combis, (operated primarily in support of the US Air Mobility Command) as well as a large fleet of 757-200PCFs, 767-200BDSFs, DC-8Fs, and 727-200Fs, and is scheduled to take redelivery of its first 767-300BDSF in 2011.
