Every week in Cargo Facts Update, we include a list of recent freighter aircraft transactions, and then a comprehensive summary in the monthly issue of Cargo Facts. Each reference to a freighter aircraft transaction (FAT) in our publications contains a unique FAT code linked to the FAT database on the CargoFacts.com website. This database is available to subscribers as an interactive tool on our website, and you can go to it from the “FAT Data” tab at the top of the home page, or directly at https://cargofacts.com/fat/

Below, we include the transactions from recent issues of Cargo Facts Update, and we encourage you to make use of the FAT database here on our website.

Western Global Airlines ACMI leased a 747-400BCF (26356) to US-based freight forwarder Flexport [FAT 004788].

Lufthansa Cargo leased a 777F (66164) from Boeing Capital and put it into service with its JV subsidiary carrier, Leipzig-based AeroLogic [FATs 004777].

FedEx added a 777F (41750) and a 767-300F (63103) to its fleet, with two new deliveries from Boeing [FATs 004778-4779].

FedEx is retiring another MD-10-10F (46623), which was withdrawn from use and ferried to Victorville (VCV) for storage [FAT 004780]. The planned retirement is part of FedEx’s fleet renewal strategy, in which older airframes are being replaced with 767F capacity.

EgyptAir Cargo took redelivery of its second A330-200P2F (709) following conversion to freighter configuration by EFW in its Dresden facility [FAT 004785]. EgyptAir’s first A330-200P2F (600) was redelivered in August 2018 and is now active.

EgyptAir also ferried an A330-200 (610) to Dresden where it was inducted for conversion to freighter configuration by EFW [FAT 004781].

SF Airlines took redelivery of a 767-300BCF (35156, ex-Shanghai Airlines) following conversion by Boeing at the EGAT Facility (TPE) [FAT 004782].

Mexico-based Aeronaves TSM took redelivery of an MD-80 SF (53290, ex-American Airlines) following conversion to freighter configuration by Aeronautical Engineers, Inc., at the Commercial Jet facility in Miami [FAT 004786].
