日本政府继续审核检修记录,日本货运航空(NCA)旗下的11架波音747货机已经停飞了近两周时间。作为中美贸易战的一部分,额外关税征收预计于7月6日起正式实施,日本货运航空的停航使得亚洲空运出口的运力突然下降,很多货主急于在新关税起征之前填满库存,直接导致部分跨太平洋贸易航线的运费,已经攀升至年度的最高点。 某家国际著名货代公司上海分公司的区域经理告诉《空运通讯》,只有签约多家航空公司的运力协议才能将系统性风险降到最低。尽管如此,上海浦东国际机场(PVG)在短期内损失三班跨太平洋定期货运航班,仍然对于上海空运市场带来显著的影响,尤其是在目前空运市场需求依然旺盛的情况下。随着运力缩减,运费开始相应上升。根据TAC指数公布,6月25日香港至北美航线的航空运费为4.09美元/公斤,相比于6月18日的航空运费为3.77美元/公斤,这也是2018年迄今为止的最高航空货运价格。 值得一提的是,例如上海浦东国际机场的一些出港航线,即期运费已经大幅上涨0.80至1美元/公斤,并且还有进一步上涨的趋势。 尽管其他航空公司努力增补运力,以抢占日本货运航空停航后所出现的市场真空,航空运费仍在不断上升。近期,阿特拉斯航空首席商务官Michael Steen在公司投资者日告知广大股东,作为前期签署协议的一部分,阿特拉斯航空将为日本货运航空运营两架波音747-400货机。Michael Steen表示,阿特拉斯航空正在运营额外的租赁包机,以协助日本货运航空尽可能的完成预定航班计划。根据日本货运航空的最新声明,可以肯定的消息是,七月初其货运航班还无法恢复运营。
