Pacific Air Express secures AOC, prepares for China ops

Brisbane-based carrier Pacific Air Express received an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) from Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority, issued 21 December, for scheduled and charter freighter operations.
