Hellmann orders more screening devices from Morpho

Hellman Worldwide Logistics recently purchased additional Itemiser DX explosives trace detectors (ETD) from Morpho Detection. Morpho Detection will supply and service the ETDs, which are used for screening air cargo.

The order is also an extension of Hellman’s 2014 contract to provide screening capability in compliance with the U.S. Transportation Security Administration’s Certified Cargo Screening Program.

The Itemiser DX is a portable and lightweight desktop system that can detect residue from explosives on parcels, bags, cargo, skin, clothing, vehicles and other surfaces.
