Based on data from IATA and the U.S. Department of Transportation, here are the cargo carriers that experienced top 10 largest percentage changes – positive or negative – for combined domestic and international airfreight tonnage carried in 2014, compared to 2013.

Most growth:

Polar Air Cargo: +66.6%
Hong Kong Airlines: +38.1%
AirBridgeCargo Airlines: +21.4%
Etihad Airways: +17.6%
Turkish Airlines: +17.1%
Garuda Indonesia: +16.8%
Qatar Airways: +15.6%
Cargolux: +15.6%
Nippon Cargo Airlines: +14.1%
All Nippon Airways: +13.7%

Most contraction:

Lufthansa: -2.9%
China Eastern Airlines: -3.0%
Shenzhen Airlines: -3.4%
TNT Airways: -3.5%
British Airways: -4.0%
EVA Air: -4.2%
TAM Airlines: -4.9%
Air France: -5.1%
Saudi Arabian Airlines: -5.9%
Thai Airways International: -7.4%
