Hong Kong heads ACI’s list of top 20 airports

According to preliminary data from the Airports Council International, total cargo handled (loaded and unloaded freight and mail) by airports worldwide in 2017 was up 7.9 percent over 2016 to about 118 million tonnes. International freight handled was up 9.9 percent to about 73 million tonnes, accounting for 62 percent of the total volume.
