GA Telesis acquires AAR’s landing gear MRO business for $51 million
Deal expands GA Telesis maintenance footprint globally
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based GA Telesis has signed an agreement to acquire AAR’s landing gear overhaul business and brake and wheels business unit.
