Leading aircraft charter company Chapman Freeborn has been announced as the winner of Australian Business Award for Service Excellence in the transport industry for 2013.

The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence recognizes organizations that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to service excellence.

As the first and only air charter broker with presence spanning six continents, this achievement further strengthens the brand in the land down under. Chapman Freeborn opened its Australia office in Melbourne in 2011. Michael Grant, general manager for Chapman Freeborn Australia said:

“We are delighted to receive this award and be recognized for service excellence. Chapman Freeborn strives to deliver professional and innovative air charter solutions, consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations.”

Chapman Freeborn sees service excellence as serving its marketplace, industry and stakeholders. The company provides unbiased solutions that best meet clients’ needs, it builds mutually productive relationships with all sectors of the charter industry including the airlines, airports, handling agents, freight forwarders, control authorities and other related agencies, and, for its employees, strives to create an environment that is conducive for its employees to work and also to inculcate a culture where people are encouraged to be creative.

Chapman Freeborn has established itself as one of the leading aircraft charter brokers in the world, providing specialized air cargo and passenger charter solutions. Its operations include emergency relief airlift, oversized cargo charter, and flying VIPs and music bands, and diplomatic flights. The company’s clientele includes governments, major corporations, non-government organizations, along with individuals and prominent figures from the entertainment world.

Last year, Chapman Freeborn Australia was crowned 2012 Winner of The Australian Business Award for Enterprise in the transport industry.
