Airport development group Burrell Aviation, a division of Colorado-based Burrell Group, will develop cargo facilities at Baton Rouge Airport (BTR) and Colorado Springs Airport (COS).  Burrell will lease and develop 53 acres at BTR’s Aviation Business Park and 65 acres at COS, the company shared in separate releases.    Regional airports have grown in importance […]
