Haimen Nantong under consideration as site for Shanghai’s third airport

Speculation emerged yesterday that Shanghai’s third airport will be built in the neighboring county-level city Haimen, located within Jiangsu province’s prefecture-level city of Nantong, which would mean cities Kunshang, Wuxi, Ningbo and Jiaxiang, previously rumored to be potential sites for Shanghai’s third airport, may have struck out.
