The board of directors at Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has appointed Richard Corrado as its new president, effective from Sept. 16, 2019. Corrado is currently the company’s chief operating officer and will take over from Joseph Hete, who will remain chief executive officer and a director of ATSG.

Edward Koharik has been elected as ATSG’s new COO and will be in charge of the day-to-day operations management for ATSG’s various subsidiaries. He will also become president of Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM), ATSG’s leasing arm.

Corrado has been with ATSG since 2010, when he joined as chief commercial officer. He was elected COO in September 2017. He previously held leadership positions in the consulting and express industry.

Koharik was most recently senior vice president of New York City-based FlightSafety International and was previously a director of the U.S. Transportation Command, which is ATSG’s largest customer.

Join us for the 25th Annual Cargo Facts Symposium, Oct. 16-18 at the InterContinental San Diego, where Corrado will be a speaker. With unparalleled networking and continuing education opportunities, Cargo Facts Symposium consistently attracts the best in the industry.
