ACW0615_Intl_Cover_500wRoyal Media Group, a New York information company, is pleased to announce today that Publicitas, one of the world’s leading media companies, has been named the official sales representative for Royal’s Air Cargo World magazine in most of Asia.

Air Cargo World is the largest-circulation magazine in the air freight industry. The magazine was acquired by Royal Media last September.

Publicitas will represent Air Cargo World in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and India. The arrangement goes into effect immediately.

The agreement with Publicitas coincides with a significant revamping of Air Cargo World following the acquisition. In the months since the acquisition, Air Cargo World has been redesigned, its content expanded, its website relaunched and its email newsletter offerings enhanced. Air Cargo World also presents the annual Air Cargo Excellence (ACE) Awards, which recognize achievement in the air freight industry.

“We are thrilled to be working with Publicitas to serve the Asian market, arguably the world’s most important air freight market today,” said JJ Hornblass, Publisher, Air Cargo World. “We know of no media agency that knows the Asian market better, and we look forward to only improving our service to our Asian advertising clients.”

Moritz Wuttke, Managing Director of Publicitas Asia Pacific, said our network and resources enable us to be the exclusive leading sales representative for Air Cargo World, and we are positive of these media opportunities as the growth trend of air freight market continues to generate the greatest traffic in the Asia Pacific region.

Publicitas will be Air Cargo World‘s main sales contact in the Publicitas territory. This will be the first time Air Cargo World will have dedicated sales representation for China, where the air freight market is growing particularly rapidly on the back of massive e-commerce growth there.
