DHL application tracks cold-chain shipments

DHL Global Forwarding has introduced its LifeTrack mobile application, available for iOS or Android platforms. The free app allows customers to access DHL’s online cold-chain tracking and management platform, LifeTrack, which provides an overview of a shipment’s status, including alerts about any in-transit issues, such as temperature changes.

The app can also put users in touch with round-the-clock cold-chain experts. The LifeTrack app can be combined with other mobile DHL Global Forwarding apps, including DHL ActiveTracing to track and trace groupage shipments and the Cargo Mobile Tracking app to trace sea and air freight shipments.
