UPS said it is expanding its time-critical delivery service, offering guaranteed delivery by either 12 p.m. or 2 p.m. from all 71 origin countries to 35 key destination countries. The new service, called UPS Worldwide Express Freight Midday, guarantees time-definite delivery for urgent, international, palletized shipments weighing more than 68 kilograms (150 pounds).

“We have customers in the industrial, auto, high-tech, and healthcare fields that need shipments fast, and sometimes end-of-day just isn’t soon enough,” said John Miltenis, vice president of international marketing for UPS. Miltenis added the new Midday product, “unique in the market.”

UPS Worldwide Express Freight Midday offers door-to-door delivery in one to three days, with customs brokerage included.

Also new for 2018, UPS Worldwide Express Freight service has expanded to Lebanon, Latvia, and Lithuania, and added outbound service to Saudi Arabia.
