C Cubed Aerospace is set to become the second supplemental type certificate (STC) holder for an A320 freighter conversion program. In June, Cargo Facts reported that the company was nearing completion of the first A320-200CCF that it first inducted in Kansas City (MCI) in 2019. In March, C Cubed Aerospace Executive Chairman Brian Saig also told Cargo Facts that the conversion house was going to begin work on an A321 conversion.
McConnell was appointed CEO of C Cubed Aerospace earlier this year. An FAA-rated pilot, he previously owned two general aviation and business aviation STC businesses, Aero Data Science and AeroVoodoo. McConnell also served as president of Raisbeck Engineering, as well as president, general manager and multiple VP roles at Eclipse Aviation.
Since 1994, Cargo Facts Symposium has been the premier airfreight event of the year, and it remains a vital source of information and connection for the industry. The 2022 Symposium will once again bring together an exclusive group of aircraft lessors, service providers and operators.
