EFW获得A321客改货项目合格证

空中客车公司和新科宇航公司的合资企业EFW已经从欧洲航空安全局(EASA)为其A321的客改货项目获得补充型号合格证(STC)。 EFW告诉《货运事实》,EASA在2月20日授予了该证书,因此A321P2F改装项目可以开始重新交付了。但EFW表示,其第一架飞机(835,此前属于Onur航空公司)是在2018年年底前被送到位于新加坡的新科宇航公司改装场地(XSP)的,并于今年1月开始飞行测试,而应澳洲航空公司(Qantas)的要求,该架飞机将接受额外的改进和升级,而澳航也将从位于卢森堡的Vallair租赁835机组。 澳航在2019年8月份宣布将引进最多3个A321P2F的改装项目,作为其与澳洲邮政签署的某项七年协议期后延展的一部分。当首架飞机在10月份投入使用时,该航空公司将成为该类型飞机的首发运营者。 澳航最近与Keystone Holdings(新科宇航和 SJ Aviation Capital的50比50的合资企业)签署了第二个A321P2F客改货项目意向书。该架飞机(1408,此前属于精神航空公司)目前仍在澳航的低成本子公司捷星航空作为客机服役,并预计将在完成XSP的改装后于2021年年终时被重新交付。 第二架将由EFW改装的A321(1238,此前属于托马斯库克航空公司)在圣诞节当天被运送至XSP并在1月份接受改装。预计该架飞机将在今年年底前被重新交付给总部位于英国的泰坦航空公司,该公司将从BBAM公司租赁该架飞机。该航空公司计划增加总计三个A321P2F改装项目。
