Daniel Watson, chief commercial officer of Aero Capital Solutions (ACS), has joined the Cargo Facts EMEA 2022 speaker faculty for a live conversation on the lessor perspective at 10 a.m. (GMT +4) on Wednesday, May 11.
Cargo Facts EMEA will take place live May 9-11 in Dubai for the first time. The event will bring together industry experts, offering access to emerging airfreight technology and providing solutions to challenges affecting today’s air cargo market.

Watson is responsible for all commercial and sales activity as well as asset management and technical operations for ACS’ fleet of more than 100 narrowbody aircraft and lease pool of seventy-five engines.
He previously served as chief operating officer at ACS, and prior to that, served as executive vice president for asset management and managing director from the time he joined the company in 2017.
Watson was previously chief commercial officer of AJW Aviation, and worked for sixteen years at MTU Aero Engines.
ACS is currently the lessor with the largest known 737-800SF conversion orderbook with Aeronautical Engineers Inc. (AEI). In November 2021, ACS added another thirteen 737-800SFs to an order of ten in February 2021, bringing its total portfolio of conversion slots with AEI to thirty-four.
Most of the 737-800SFs ACS has placed are currently on lease to Amazon (30877, 30284, 29925, and 28655). All four have been placed with ASL Airlines Ireland for CMI operations.
