CFC: June manufacturing data paints mixed picture
The latest Purchasing Manager Index (PMI) numbers for June 2021 show strong manufacturing activity in Europe and North America but more of a mixed picture in the Asia-Pacific region, according to Cargo Facts Consulting.
The forecasts for European, U.S. and Brazilian manufacturing remain strong over the next four quarters, while China’s fourteen months of uninterrupted expansion could come to an end.
