Jade Cargo applies for US beyond rights

Jade Cargo International has applied to US DOT for scheduled and charter cargo authority between China and the US and beyond with fifth freedom rights. The carrier plans initially to operate a Shanghai-Yantai-Anchorage-Chicago-Anchorage routing starting 20 September using a B747-400F operated by World Airways.
