Cargo Facts is genuinely pleased to announce that Dan McHugh, CEO of ACMI lessor Southern Air will be speaking at the upcoming ACMG Workshop in Atlanta next month.

In the past, the Workshop has been presented in its entirety by the senior staff of Air Cargo Management Group (Cargo Facts’ parent), but for this year’s event we have invited four industry leaders to share their experience and expertise on specific sectors of the air freight industry. Dan will be discussing the challenges and opportunities unique to the ACMI sector as part of the final session of the workshop: “In Depth: A Deep Investigation Into the Pressing Challenges of Air Cargo Today.” Note that there will be plenty of time for Q & A following his presentation.

In addition to Dan McHugh, the Workshop will also feature a Presentation by World Bank Lead Economist John S. Wilson entitled “Macro Markers: The Rebounding Global Economy & Trade,” and a dialog between Airbus and Boeing on “The Future of Freighter Aircraft.” Representing the Airbus view will be Head of Marketing for Freighters Didier Lenormand, while Boeing’s position will be presented by Regional Director Russell Tom.
