Cargo Facts Consulting, which works as the air cargo and freighter aircraft consultancy to Cargo Facts, has added two senior consultants.
Wally Devereaux and Marklan Moseley joined the practice on June 29.

Devereaux left Southwest this year after thirty-four years with the company.
He had most recently served as vice president for cargo and provisioning and had held senior leadership roles across cargo customer service, cargo public relations, and cargo marketing. Devereaux will concentrate on airline cargo strategy, product development, revenue growth, customer segmentation, and the practical requirements of scaling cargo within a major airline environment.
Moseley most recently was general manager for cargo and new business at Caribbean Airlines, where he led the growth and transformation of the airline’s cargo division and launched Jetpak, its courier and express service.
Moseley’s focus will be on startup ventures, new business development, belly cargo strategy, partnerships, business plan development and the commercialization of cargo services in emerging and regional markets.
