Cargo Facts Symposium will feature a fireside chat with Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings President and CEO, William Flynn.

Cargo Facts is pleased to announce that the 23rd Annual Cargo Facts Symposium will feature an exclusive Fireside Chat with: William (‘Bill’) Flynn, President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings.

Flynn’s career in transportation and supply chain management spans forty-years, during which he has held a variety of positions. Currently, Bill is President and CEO of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of Atlas Air Worldwide, Republic Services, Ports America, Airlines for America, Business Executives for National Security, and is the Chairman of the Board of the National Defense Transportation Association.

Few companies are present in every niche of today’s air freight market to the extent that AAWW Holdings is – with affiliate companies that can dry-lease, wet-lease, and fly, general freight, charters and express cargo. Atlas’ extensive portfolio includes both narrow and widebody aircraft, including 737Fs, 747Fs, 767Fs and 777Fs.  Atlas is also active in nearly every region of the world, as can be seen through recent AAWW headlines such as its recent deal with Amazon to lease and operate twenty 767Fs the e-commerce giant’s ‘Prime Air’ network, and through recent agreements with South Korea-based Asiana, Japan-based Nippon Cargo Airlines and China-based Yangtze River Airlines to ACMI-lease 747F aircraft.

Atlas has also demonstrated prowess in bucking industry trends, and weathering economic downturns.   While perhaps best known for operating on behalf of other airlines and express companies, Atlas has also been successful at deploying 747Fs into its own charter service between North and South America (which nearly function as scheduled services) even in spite the challenging market conditions persistent in the region.

We invite you to join Cargo Facts Symposium this year, to hear from the best and brightest in the industry, to reconnect with old friends, network with new faces, and return home with a fresh outlook and connections that will move your business forward.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the Cargo Facts Symposium, 2-4 October, at the Ritz-Carlton, on Miami’s South Beach. For more information, or to register, visit www.cargofactssymposium.com
