Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Cargo signed an airfreight agreement with Colombia’s Avianca Cargo to provide twice-weekly 747-400F service between Malpensa International Airport (MXP) in Milan, Italy, and El Dorado International (BOG) in Bogotá, Colombia, beginning 11 November.

Etihad Cargo’s freighter fleet currently includes three 777Fs and four A330-200Fs, and the carrier ACMI-leases one 747-8F and two 747-400F from Atlas Air. It has one more 777F and one more A330-200F on order. For its part, Avianca Cargo, through its Tampa Cargo subsidiary, operates four A330-200Fs and one 767-300F, with one more A330-200F on order.
