Leonard Rodrigues, head of revenue management and network planning at Etihad Cargo, has joined the Cargo Facts EMEA 2022 speaker faculty for the panel, “Air Cargo in the Middle East: The future of mega hubs and spokes,” at 9:15 a.m. (GMT +4) on Tuesday, May 10.
Cargo Facts EMEA will take place live May 9-11 in Dubai for the first time. The event will bring together industry experts, offering access to emerging airfreight technology and providing solutions to challenges affecting today’s air cargo market.

Etihad most recently signed a letter of intent for seven A350Fs as it prepares to grow its freighter fleet after selling its oldest 777F to FedEx around the beginning of 2021. The carrier currently operates five 777Fs and recently began flying its first A350-1000.
Rodrigues joined Etihad Cargo’s senior management team in February 2020, assuming responsibility for the carrier’s revenue management, pricing, network and commercial planning as well as analytics. He is also the lead for strategic partnerships and alliances.
During the initial period of his appointment, Rodrigues restructured Etihad Cargo’s freighter network and established the framework for passenger freighter operations.
Rodrigues has more than sixteen years of experience, having previously held positions at Air France-KLM and Qatar Airways.
