The company is placing these three freighters with Amerijet for CMI operations. Maersk will also add two new 777Fs to its fleet and lease three 767 conversions from Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM).
A longtime shipping executive with more than thirty years’ experience with Maersk, Corfitsen took over the helm as CEO of Star Air in June 2021. He previously held a series of leadership positions within the company, notably at bases in Denmark, the U.S., South Africa, Singapore and Panama.
Since 1994, Cargo Facts Symposium has been the premier airfreight event of the year, and it remains a vital source of information and connection for the industry. The 2022 Symposium will once again bring together an exclusive group of aircraft lessors, service providers and operators.
