Collaveri has served at ATR for more than thirty-two years in a variety of positions including product support, manager of aircraft deliveries and contracts director. In his current role, Collaveri oversees new business development, specifically the ATR Freighters business. This includes marketing and sales of both new freighters — the production ATR 72-600F — and used aircraft converted with supplemental type certificates (STCs).
ATR announced at the Farnborough International Airshow in July that it has adjusted its market outlook to predict a need for 500 ATR-sized freighter aircraft from 2021 to 2040. Since then, Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) has become the launch customer of a new ATR 72-600 conversion program by Aeroconseil, while last week ACIA and IPR Conversions launched their own ATR 72-600 conversion program to meet the popularity of the newer type.
FedEx remains the only known customer of the factory ATR 72-600F to date, ordering thirty of the type at the program’s launch in 2017.
Since 1994, Cargo Facts Symposium has been the premier airfreight event of the year, and it remains a vital source of information and connection for the industry. The 2022 Symposium will once again bring together an exclusive group of aircraft lessors, service providers and operators.
