The biggest story in the air freight and express industry the last two years has been the explosive growth of the domestic express business in China, but now that growth is taking off in India as well.

That is why Cargo Facts has arranged for Tulsi Mirchandaney, Managing Director of Blue Dart Aviation, India’s most successful express carrier, to join the speaker faculty for Cargo Fact Asia, which will take place 1 – 2 April, in Hong Kong.

Ms. Mirchandaney has been deeply involved in the Indian express industry for many years.

Blue Dart Aviation is South Asia’s largest domestic express cargo airline, with a growing fleet of 757-200 Freighters. Blue Dart offers scheduled service primarily in support of DHL Express, to India ’s seven major metros: Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, and operates charters across the country and within the region, with a staff of almost 800 people.

Ms. Mirchandaney will share her knowledge and experience in the session “Emerging Market Opportunities in Asia and Beyond.” She will be joined in the session by

  • Nick Fadugba, President and CEO African Aviation Services
  • Eric Vercesi, Vice President Air Incheon
  • Steven Verhasselt, Business Development Manager, Liege Airport
