June transactions dip below 100

June’s Freighter Aircraft Transactions (FATs) decreased against strong economic headwinds as the month’s numbers regressed to eighty-eight, approximately fifty transactions short of the previous totals for May. Boeing dominated the transactions for the month with 737-800Fs, 777Fs and 767Fs topping the list. One surprising highlight s was Silk Way West placing a firm order for two A350Fs with Airbus . Also making headlines: CMA CGM took delivery of two 777Fs and placed another order for two more from Boeing; Altavair told Cargo Facts about an order with EFW for ten A330-300P2Fs ; and Aero Capital Solutions announced a conversion order for six more 737-800SFs with Aeronautical Engineers Inc. In the regional segment, a few noteworthy transactions for June included Embraer receiving an additional ten orders for its E190F/E195F conversions from an unidentified customer and Loganair leasing an ATR 72-500F from ASL Aviation Holdings . Atlas Air took delivery of a 747-8F (67147) from Boeing [FAT 007623]. Cargojet acquired a 777-300ER (34597, ex-Etihad Airways) from Altavair [FAT 007707]. Silk Way West Airlines placed a firm order for two A350Fs with Airbus along with two options [FATs 007708-7711]. CMA CGM took delivery of two 777Fs (67460 and 67461) from Boeing [FATs 007644-7645]. CMA CGM also ordered two more 777Fs from Boeing [FATs 007646-7647]. Lufthansa acquired a 777F (35613, ex-Emirates) from DAE Capital [FATs 007712-7713]. Altavair placed an order for ten A330-300P2F conversions with Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW) [FATs 007628-7637]. Mas took delivery of two A330-300P2Fs (958 and 964, both ex-China Southern) on lease from CDB Aviation and subleased one (958) to Galistair Malta [FATs 007638-7640 and 007689]. Air Canada inducted for conversion a 767-300ER (25347). The aircraft will be converted with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) in Tel Aviv (TLV) [FAT 007618]. Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM) took redelivery of a 767-300BDSF (32975, ex-ANA) after conversion with IAI at TLV [FAT 007622]. CAM also acquired a 767-300ER (25209, ex-Condor) [FAT 007654]. CAM also inducted for conversion a 767-300ER (25586, ex-Air Canada). The aircraft will be converted with IAI at TLV [FAT 007686]. SF Airlines inducted for conversion a 767-300ER (30108, ex-Air Canada). The aircraft will be converted with Boeing in Singapore (QPG) [FAT 007651]. SF also acquired a 767-300ER (30854, ex-EuroAtlantic Airways) [FAT 007714]. Amazon inducted for conversion a 767-300ER (30388, ex-Delta Air Lines). The aircraft will be converted with IAI at TLV [FAT 007660]. FedEx Express took delivery of a 767-300F (66254) from Boeing [FAT 007685]. YTO Cargo Airlines acquired and inducted for conversion a 757-200 (32396, ex-American Airlines). The aircraft will be converted with Precision Aircraft Solutions in Xiamen (XMN) [FATs 007619-7620]. Titan Airways took redelivery of an A321-200P2F (3749) after conversion with EFW in Singapore (XSP) [FAT 007643]. USA Jet Airlines took redelivery of an MD-88SF (53172, ex-Delta Air Lines) after conversion with Aeronautical Engineers Inc. (AEI) in Dothan (DHN) [FAT 007691]. Aero Capital Solutions (ACS) took redelivery of a 737-800SF (32604, ex-Go2Sky) after conversion with AEI at XMN [FAT 007621]. ACS also placed a conversion order for six 737-800SFs with AEI [FATs 007664-7669]. Merx Aviation placed an order for one 737-800SF and inducted the aircraft (35131, ex-TUI Airways) for conversion with AEI in Kelowna (YLW) [FATs 007641-7642]. DHL Express acquired a 737-800 (28326, ex-SAS) from Jetran [FAT 007648]. Macquarie AirFinance took redelivery of two 737-800SFs (32361 and 32363, both ex-SunExpress) after conversion with AEI in Miami (MIA) and placed them on lease to Air Incheon and Compass Air Cargo, respectively [FATs 007649-7650 and 007657-7659]. Aviator Capital Management took redelivery of a 737-800BCF (30694) after conversion with Boeing in Jinan (TNA) and placed it on lease back to Jeju Air [FATs 007652-7653]. DHL Express took redelivery of a 737-800BDSF (32278, ex-SAS) after conversion with IAI in Tianjin (TSN) [FAT 007655]. DHL also inducted for conversion a 737-800 (28326, ex-SAS). The aircraft will be converted with IAI at TSN [FATs 007673-7674]. Amazon placed a 737-800SF (30291, ex-Air Europa) with ASL Airlines Ireland for CMI operation [FAT 007661]. BlackRock acquired two 737-800s (33699 and 30876, both ex-Sriwijaya Air) [FATs 007662-7663]. Cargo Air took redelivery of a 737-800SF (28823, ex-Enter Air) after conversion with AEI at MIA [FAT 007670]. Chrono Aviation inducted for conversion a 737-800 (30478). The aircraft will be converted with AEI at YLW [FAT 007672]. ASL Airlines took redelivery of a 737-800BCF (38494, ex-Ryanair) after conversion with Boeing at TNA [FAT 007675]. ASL also inducted for conversion a 737-800 (30806, ex-SunExpress). The aircraft will be converted with Boeing in Guangzhou (CAN) [FAT 007687]. World Star Aviation acquired a 737-800 (33800, ex-Virgin Australia) [FAT 007676]. AerCap took redelivery of a 737-800BCF (32691, ex-Pegas Fly) after conversion with Boeing in Shanghai (PVG) and placed it on lease to My Indo Airlines [FAT 007681-7682]. JLPS Ireland took redelivery of two 737-800BCFs (33799 and 34015, both ex-Tigerair) after conversion with Boeing at TNA [FATs 007694-7695]. Aero Capital Solutions took redelivery of a 737-800SF (32773, ex-Air Europa) after conversion with AEI at YLW [FAT 007696]. Aeronaves TSM inducted for conversion a 737-400 (28723, ex-Electra Airways). The aircraft will be converted with AEI at DHN [FAT 007688]. Aventus Air Leasing acquired a 737-300F (25124, ex-ASL Airlines France) and will deliver it to Aerosucre [FATs 007613 and 007656] . My Indo Airlines acquired a 737-300F (29407, ex-YTO Cargo Airlines) [FAT 007678]. An unidentified customer placed an order for ten E190F/E195F conversions with Embraer [FATs 007697-7706]. Loganair took delivery of an ATR 72-500F (577) on lease from ASL Aviation Holdings [FATs 007683-7684]. Zimex Aviation acquired an ATR 72-201F (389, ex-Hawaiian Airlines) [FAT 007677].
