Gary Warner, president of Precision Aircraft Solutions and 321 Precision Conversions, will join Cargo Facts Symposium for the panel discussion “Type Talk A321s — The state of Airbus narrowbody freighters” on Friday, Oct. 23, at 10:45 a.m. (GMT -5).
The 32nd annual Cargo Facts Symposium will take place Oct. 21-23 at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville, Tenn., where industry leaders and decision-makers will gather to assess the latest trends and developments in the freighter sector, while sharing their insights to project the market’s growth trajectory.

Warner, along with EFW Chief Executive Jordi Boto and Titan Airways Chief Commercial Officer Alex Harrington, will delve into the day-to-day operations and latest conversion developments for A321 freighters. Among other things, the panelists will discuss:
- The status and progress of conversion orders;
- How conversion costs and lease rates might be contributing to slower demand; and
- When the industry will see increased appetite for the freighters.
Warner became president of 321 Precision Conversions in August 2017. He has also served as president of Precision Aircraft Solutions for thirteen years and brings decades of narrowbody freighter conversion experience to the discussion.
ATSG’s wholly owned leasing subsidiary CAM sold its 49% stake in 321 Precision Conversions for an unspecified amount to Precision Aircraft Solutions in February, making Precision the sole owner of 321 Precision Conversions.
To date, CAM has delivered five A321-200PCFs — all converted by 321 Precision Conversions — on lease:
- Two (1972 and 1887) to Raya Airways;
- One (1807) to Global Crossing Airlines;
- One (808) to CAA; and
- One (1619) to Warsaw Cargo.
Cargo Facts believes 321 Precision Conversions has also completed at least four other A321PCF conversions (3274, 1928, 1848 and 1675) for CAM that are awaiting placement.
321 Precision Conversions and Sichuan Aviation Industry Development completed the first A321-200PCF conversion under the regulatory framework of the Civil Aviation Administration of China in January.
