Cathay Pacific 777-300ER

As the sun sets on the week, we’re headed for the Cargo Facts Asia Aircraft Symposium in Hong Kong. There is still time to register for the event, which begins on Tuesday, April 17 at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui.

Thinking of Hong Kong and how to get there, this afternoon we bring you a Cathay Pacific 777-300ER, one of more than forty 777s in the Hong Kong-based carrier’s fleet. When this photo was taken, B-KPW (msn: 39234) had just returned from its first flight (to Moses Lake, Washington, and back). Just an hour earlier on this same spot at Paine field, sister ship B-KPX (msn: 37897) had departed on its delivery flight to Hong Kong.

Nick Rhodes, Cathay Pacific’s Director of Cargo, will be speaking at the keynote session on Tuesday.

We are pleased to welcome a large selection of attendees and speakers from other airlines, including:

Air China Cargo
Air Hong Kong
AirAsia & AirAsia X
AirBridge Cargo
Atlas/Polar
Bluebird Cargo
Cargolux
China Airlines
China Eastern
China Postal Airlines
DHL Express
Emirates
FedEx
Finnair Cargo
Hong Kong Airlines
Kalitta Air
Lufthansa Cargo
Nippon Cargo Airlines
Nordic Global Airlines
Northern Air Cargo
SF Airlines
Shandong Airlines
Singapore Airlines Cargo
Southern Air

West Atlantic Cargo Airlines

We hope to see you there, and wish safe travels to all.
