Volumes surge as net income drops in Expeditors’ 4Q16

Our sister publication, Cargo Facts takes a look at US-based forwarder and logistics services provider Expeditors  International of Washington, Inc’s 4Q16 results. Despite significantly higher air and ocean freight during 4Q16, compared to 4Q15, net income was down 3.4% y-o-y, to $111 million.
