总部位于日本的全日空航空将新增两架波音777货机，以作为其从现在至2022年的新五年商业计划的一部分。全日空航空集团总裁Shinya Katozaka表示，全日空航空可能会将新货机投运亚太区域，并为其提供服务“能够运输大型货物，如航空发动机、汽车、锂电池以及药品”。然而，目前没有该两架波音777货机签收的具体时间表。 除新增货机之外，全日空航空（ANA）还与日本货运航空（NCA）签署了深化合作的谅解备忘录。这两家总部均位于日本的航空公司，此前已有联运协议，此次合作将扩展至专属舱位的互相保留以及完整的航班代码共享，日本货运航空可以使用全日空航空的亚太区域货机网络及客机腹舱，而全日空航空可以在日本货运航空的欧美长途航线使用自己的航空代码。 目前，全日空航空总共运营四架波音767-300货机、八架波音767-300BCF改造货机以及庞大机队的大型客机。除日本国内的空运服务之外，全日空航空还提供从日本东京、大阪，至首尔、曼谷、新加坡、香港、台北以及中国大陆许多城市的空运服务。在日本群岛的南端，冲绳那霸机场为全日空航空连接日本以及全球的货运枢纽中心。此外，日本货运航空机队包括八架波音747-8货机以及三架波音747-400货机。
