本周在迈阿密举办的“空运通讯高峰论坛”（Cargo Facts Symposium），321PC（321 Precision Conversions）和总部位于卢森堡的飞机租赁公司Vallair Capital宣布，Vallair的全资子公司Vallair Solutions sàrl将成为321PC客机改造货机项目的首家用户，所对应的飞机为A321-200。 该架原型机由Vallair在今年七月份购买，现在已将其交于321PC进行改造。这架飞机始建于1998年，最初由ILFC出租给瑞士航空，后曾租赁给多家航空公司，直到最近由AerCap购买，并于今年一月份纳入机库。 321PC由PAS与ATSG合资成立，其希望于2019年获得FAA认证，以及EASA和CAAC认证。目前，321PC与Vallair没有提供有关订单的更多详细信息，但《空运通讯》认为绝对不止一架飞机的改造订单。至于具体数量，我们并不所知，但若仅改造一架飞机对于该笔订单意义不大，我们预计该笔改造订单至少涉及十架以上的飞机。  

目前，C3尚未发布关于货机改造的技术参数，以及推进的时间节点，但提供了一些背景信息： 1、A320、A321的改造工程技术业已开始，且即将完成。 2、A320将首先投入改造， A321则紧随其后。 3、目前，C3正在处理原型机改造的配套服务。虽然具体时间未知，但是预计很快就会开始切割金属。 4、虽未宣布首家客户，C3表示正在与多家潜在的客户进行磋商。 C3是全球进入空客A320系列改造领域的第三家公司。去年，EFW（ST Aerospace和空中客车的合资公司）宣布推出A320和A321的改造计划；上个月，321 Precision Conversions（PAS和ATSG的合资公司）宣布推出A321的改造计划。
