K-Mile Air Managing Director Pansith Sasunee will join Cargo Facts Asia 2026 for the panel discussion “Assessment of the Asia-Pacific freighter market” on Tuesday, March 24, at 9:15 (UTC +8).
The 14th annual Cargo Facts Asia conference will take place March 23-25 at the W Shanghai, bringing together decision-makers, global executives and leaders to analyze the latest market trends, air cargo developments and their potential impact in Asia.
Sasunee was chief operating officer at K-Mile, an ASL Aviation Holdings subsidiary, before assuming his current role in November 2022. Prior to that, he was the head of planning and fleet manager for Singapore Airlines’ subsidiary NokScoot Airlines for three years.
Thailand-based K-Mile completed its fleet modernization in the fourth quarter of 2025 when it removed the final 737-400BDSF (29209) from its fleet.
The carrier expanded into the widebody segment in Q4 2024 when it became the first Thai airline to operate 767 freighters, with two 767-300BCFs (33421 and 33422) on lease from SF Airlines.
Sasunee will join three colleagues on the panel:
- Audrey Cheong, vice president of operations, FedEx China;
- Hakan Bulat, president of Hong Kong Air Cargo; and
- Robert Zhang, commercial director at SF Airlines.
The panel discussion will discuss:
- Shifting air cargo demand away from North America and to Europe and Central Asia;
- Implications of trade regulations on trans-Pacific freighter demand; and
- The growth potential of new and established e-commerce hubs inside and outside of China.
Cargo Facts will present four invaluable events for airfreight professionals in 2026, the next of which is Cargo Facts Asia on March 23-25. To see the agendas and register for the events, visit CargoFactsEvents.com.
