After ceasing passenger operations in January, Royal Air Philippines has begun operating a third V2500-powered A321 freighter on behalf of Nanning Communications Investment Group. The 2004-vintage A321-200PCF (2290, ex-SmartLynx) entered service on April 28, flying between Clark (CRK) and Zhengzhou (CGO).
