UPS joins Cargo Facts EMEA roundtable

Jens Poggensee, vice president of transportation procurement at UPS, has been added to the Cargo Facts EMEA 2020 speaker faculty.

Cargo Facts EMEA 2020 will be held Feb. 3-5 at the Westin Grand Frankfurt. Poggensee will speak on Thursday, Feb. 4, at 11:30 a.m. at a roundtable panel discussion scheduled to run for 45 minutes.

In his current role, Poggensee is responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of the company’s air, road and ground handling services for UPS’ small package business in APAC, Europe and ISMEA.

During a session titled, “Disruption and Fleet Evolution on the Horizon in EMEA Express,” Poggensee will join executives from FedEx Express Europe, CargoLogic Germany and West Atlantic Group to discuss trends in time-definite express delivery across the EMEA region.

Apart from UPS, delegates attending Cargo Facts EMEA will hear from other carriers, including Lufthansa Cargo our host partner, Air France-KLM, ASL Airlines, Emirates, IAG Cargo, Turkish Airlines and more. The full agenda for the event is here.
