The lineup of air cargo industry legends speaking at the 25th Annual Cargo Facts Symposium in San Diego has recently expanded to include Rob Hyslop, SVP of Global Aviation, DHL Express, and George Li, Group VP, SF Express.

Cargo Facts Symposium 2019 will be held 16-18 October at the Intercontinental San Diego. For more information, or to check out this year’s exciting agenda, visit the conference website here.

Hyslop joins the opening plenary session of the conference, titled “Navigating an Air Cargo Market in Flux.” Along with fellow executives from LATAM Cargo, ATSG  and Altavair, Hyslop will share his views on upholding momentum in an increasingly challenging market and will discuss what a slowing growth rate may mean for freighter aircraft. Hyslop was appointed to his current role of SVP Global Aviation last year after previously serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer of the 51/49 joint venture between Atlas Air Worldwide and DHL, Polar Air Cargo.

Separately, one of China’s top air cargo visionaries, George Li, will discuss where he sees the industry heading during a fireside chat. Li joined SF Express in 2007 when he was tasked with launching SF Airlines to support time-definite delivery throughout China. Today, in addition to his work with SF Airlines, Li leads SF Express’ unmanned cargo division. With fifty-five freighters now operating in China’s largest express fleet, SF Airlines is setting its sights not only on more freighters, but on large cargo drones as well.

Hyslop and Li join a phenomenal speaker faculty that includes representatives from Atlas Air, Boeing, Cathay Pacific Cargo, Empire Airlines, MTU Airlines and more!
