ATSG’s France joins Cargo Facts LATAM 2026

ATSG Chief Commercial Officer Todd France will join Cargo Facts LATAM for the panel discussion “Latin America’s evolving leasing and investment market” on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 11:15 a.m. (GMT-6).

The fourth annual Cargo Facts LATAM conference will take place Feb. 10-12 at the Marquis Reforma in Mexico City, assembling decision-makers, global executives and leaders to share insights and analyze the latest market trends, air cargo developments and their potential impact in Latin America.

After leading ATSG’s leasing subsidiary CAM for more than three years, France became the group’s chief commercial officer in August 2024. He also had leadership roles for nearly fifteen years with ATSG subsidiaries Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services and ABX Air.

CAM expanded its Airbus lease portfolio last year, placing its first two A330P2F conversions with ULS Airlines Cargo. Meanwhile, new lessee ASL Aviation Holdings will soon begin operating two ex-China Airlines A330-300P2Fs (1272 and 1278) in ACMI service for Saudia Cargo.

The lessor has more A330P2Fs on the way, having inducted a 2010-vintage, Trent 700-powered A330-300 (1146) for conversion in Guangzhou (CAN) in September 2025.

CAM purchased a 1999-vintage 767-300F (29881) from LATAM in March and delivered Southeast Asia’s first production 767 freighter to Malaysia-based Raya Airlines in October.

France will be joined on the panel by:

• Dora Alexander, chief marketing officer, Hamden Aviation;
• Eamonn Forbes, senior vice president and chief commercial officer, Titan Aviation Leasing;
• David Manoogian, partner, Flight Lease; and
• Steve Williamson, chief commercial officer, Crestone Air Partners.

Among the topics they will discuss:

• The appetite for Airbus and Boeing current-generation narrowbody freighters in the region;
• Assessing Latin America’s freighter and engine lease market and growth potential; and
