Freighter aircraft transactions (through 1 December 2017)

Every week in Cargo Facts Update, we include a list of recent freighter aircraft transactions, and then a comprehensive summary in the monthly issue of Cargo Facts. Each reference to a freighter aircraft transaction (FAT) in our publications contains a unique FAT code linked to the FAT database on the CargoFacts.com website. Precision starts conversion of first A321. 321 Precision Conversions, the joint venture of Precision Aircraft Solutions and Air Transport Services Group, ferried an A321-200 (891, ex-Air Méditerranée) to Sanford International Airport (SFB, in
Orlando), where it will be converted to freighter configuration for launch customer Luxembourg-based lessor Vallair [FAT
004045]. Cargo Facts believes the touch labor on the conversion will be performed by Avocet, which has an MRO facility at Sanford.

FedEx took delivery of a 767-300F (43552) from Boeing [FAT 004139].
Kalitta Air took redelivery of a 767-300BDSF (26236, ex-Transaero) following conversion by Bedek at the Mexicana
MRO Services facility in Mexico City [FAT 004140].
DHL Express took redelivery of a 757-200PCF (29590, ex-American Airlines) following conversion to freighter configuration
by Precision Aircraft Solutions at the Flightstar facility in Jacksonville (VQQ) [FAT 004141].
DHL Express acquired a 757-200 (29426, ex-American Airlines) and will have it converted to freighter configuration by
Precision Aircraft Solutions at the Flightstar facility in Jacksonville (VQQ) [FATs 004142 – 4143].
